Non Gratum Anus Rodentum
(Not Worth A Rat's Ass)

Than DON CON/CROOK tweet he's "thinking about" an executive order over census.
The judge of a lower court, phone some lawyers of Department of Justice.
Wanting to know if that was true, after the Supreme court decision.
He gave them till 2:00 PM today, to reply to the court in writing.

That got me to think about John Jay...

John Jay, politician, statesman, revolutionary, diplomat, and jurist.
From 1789 to 1795, the first Chief Justice of the United States.
Jay was born in December of 1745 into a wealthy family of New York merchants and government officials.
Growing up in such a family shaped his future and allowed him to enjoy a number of desirable opportunities.
He attended King's College in New York (now Columbia University) before becoming a lawyer.
And joining the New York Committee of Correspondence in 1774.
In 1789, after Jay declined George Washington's offer of the position of Secretary of State.
The president offered him the new opportunity of becoming Chief Justice of the United States Supreme Court.
Which Jay accepted, he was unanimously confirmed on September 26, 1789 and remained on the bench until 1795.
As this was an inaugural position, many of Jay's duties involved establishing rules, procedure, and precedents.

Now DON CON/CROOK wants to change the rules and procedures.

QUOTE
We perceive that a great breach has been made in the moral and physical systems.
By the introduction of moral and physical evil; how or why, we know not;
So, however, it is, and it certainly seems proper that this breach.
Should be closed and order restored.
- John Jay, politician, statesman, revolutionary, diplomat, and jurist

Those who own the country ought to govern it.

Slaves, though held by the laws of men, are free by the laws of God.

No power on earth has a right to take our property from us without our consent.

QUOTE
Among the strange things of this world, nothing seems more strange.
Than that men pursuing happiness should knowingly.
Quit the right and take a wrong road.
And frequently do what their judgments neither approve nor prefer.
- John Jay, politician, statesman, revolutionary, diplomat, and jurist

QUOTE
Letter to Reverend Doctor Price (1785)
That men should pray and fight for their own freedom, and yet keep others in slavery.
Is certainly acting a very inconsistent, as well as unjust and, perhaps, impious part.
But the history of mankind is filled with instances of human improprieties.
- John Jay, politician, statesman, revolutionary, diplomat, and jurist

QUOTE
It is presumed, that juries are the best judges of facts; it is, on the other hand.
Presumed that courts are the best judges of law.
But still both objects are within your power of decision.
You have a right to take it upon yourselves to judge of both.
And to determine the law as well as the fact in controversy.
Georgia vs. Brailsford

QUOTE
The only way to be loved is to be and to appear lovely; to possess and display kindness.
Benevolence, tenderness; to be free from selfishness and to be alive to the welfare of others.

QUOTE
I saw one excellency was within my reach - it was brevity and I determined to obtain it.

QUOTE
With the sure sagacity of a leader of men, Washington at once selected.
For the highest and most responsible stations, the three chief Americans.
Who represented the three forces in the nation which alone could command success.
In the institution of the government.
Hamilton was the head, Jefferson was the heart, and John Jay was the conscience.

I am left to think, if John Jay was alive today, would he put up with all this BS?

Has DON CON/CROOK now come to a constitutional crisis?

IMPEACHMENT the only remedy.

DON CON/CROOK for POTUS 2020 - ( Prisoner Of The United States).

In the DON CON/CROOK brain.
There is a 'left' and 'right'.
In the left side, there-s nothing right.
In the right side, there-s nothing left.

DON CON/CROOK asked the adoring crowd.
Who's going to pay for the wall?
And the crowd responded in unison.
Mexico!
Mexic!
Mexi!
Mex!
Me!
And then the crowd shouted, at the tops of their lungs.
You said Mexico was going to PAY
