Non Gratum Anus Rodentum
(Not Worth A Rat's Ass)
I was just watching the PBS channel and they were announcing a 'country western music special' by Ken Burns.
That brought a thought of a World War II special,'War'; where Ken Burns omitted Hispanics or Latinos service.
That in turn brought back another thought of a night in 1946.
Where I was awaken by all this screaming in Spanish; 'the japs have broken through our lines!'
As I only did my speaking by the only language I knew 'Spanish'.
In fact I only started speaking in English at 7 years of age.
So you see my failure of using English grammar in the correct/proper manner.
That night was my first encounter with what we now know as PTSD.
One of my uncles veterans of World War II, went to that man and said; you're home safe.
How does Ken Burns square all those Medals of Honor awarded to Hispanics or Latinos in World War II?
From a web page;
The War came under fire after previews during the editing process indicated no mention of the contributions of Hispanics to the war effort, whose representation in the war itself is estimated at up to half a million people; complaints followed later as to omissions of Hispanic and Native American contributions and those of women in uniform.
About Native Americans; the Navajos were not the only 'code talkers'.
From another web page;
Other Native American code talkers were deployed by the United States Army during World War II, including Lakota, Meskwaki, Mohawk, Comanche, Tlingit, Hopi, Cree and Crow soldiers; they served in the Pacific, North African, and European theaters.
Now was 'War' by Ken Burns a sin of omission?
Or was Ken Burns the start of making history...Etc.
Looks like a 4 year old toddler.
In the DON THE CON-MAN/CROOK brain.
There is a 'left' and 'right'.
In the left side, there-s nothing right.
In the right side, there-s nothing left.
DON THE CON-MAN/CROOK asked the adoring crowd.
Who's going to pay for it?
And the crowd responded in unison.
And then the crowd shouted, at the tops of their lungs.
You said Mexico was going to PAY!
